(138gr) European hake loins in olive oil cooked in its own juices. Line-caught hake sourced directly from local fish markets of the Bay of Biscay, including Celeiro in Lugo and Pasajes in Guipúzcoa. 

INGREDIENTS: European Hake, Arbequina extra virgin olive oil, and mineral salt from Añana spring.
