A Conserveira Tradición Razor Clams in Brine

(120 gr) Razor clams from the Galician Rías, sourced during the prime months of May and June. The live clams are cleaned and purified for 24 hours in salt water, then they are cooked and shelled by hand.

INGREDIENTS: Razor clams (Ensis siliqua) and salt.
